Art Deco to Hobbiton March 2020

Well, the Art Deco to Hobbiton tour taking in East Cape and Coromandel has concluded. Some 1188-kms (or for those speedos only in miles) about 740 miles completed, not that anyone is really counting. Guests from the UK, USA and Australia, plus a strong Kiwi contingent, took part in this ten day tour, some only involved with the start following the Art Deco event in Napier but majority completing the full event. Many thanks to all the participants, without them the event would not have been a success. Having taken in sites such as Mahia Peninsula, East Cape Lighthouse, Rotorua Lakes, Ohope Beach surf, Glass Bottom Boats at Whitianga, A & G Price at Thames with the grand finale being a tour and banquet at Hobbiton and Green Dragon Inn this tour has been a great success and a lot of fun.
